Upstairs rooms turn into a sauna on warm days!!! Check-in policy feels money-driven, especially when the room is clearly ready. Windows don't latch properly, letting in annoying wind noise at night!!!

the upstairs rooms felt like a sauna, with no aircon to save me. and when I requested a complimentary gesture for my ‘extraordinary’ stay, I was met with blank stares. cleanliness is overrated when you're ignored for hours, waiting for help with a blown lightbulb. if only it could’ve been better, I almost woudl’ve given a good review, but couldn’t.
